Return Process

  Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the provided return form.

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
